  1. Budget Update - Report by Patsy Waters
68 paid registrations and 14 pending. The Interagency Transfers are working OK for registration payments.
  2. Vendors - Report by Robert Bradley
Sutron said they were coming. Roddy Seekins had quit PBS&J so their participation as a vendor and a speaker representing them was in doubt. EMSI will be contacted for possible participation. Each vendor wanting a table and reception sponsorship will be charged approximately $500 to cover the cost of the reception. Vendors could pay their fees directly to the Pickle Center. The Pickle Center will be asked to bill the vendors directly for the reception. Vendors just requesting a table with a cloth and skirt will be charged $100.
  3. Update on Pickle Center Arrangements
The charge for the Atrium will be $360. The current room charge total is $1715
The caterers will need a 48 hour advance notice on food selection and amounts.
Internet connections will be left between the vendors and the Center. It is recommended that vendors not depend on internet connections and have their information on CD.
An Optical overhead projector will be available in the main conference room for presentations. There will also be a digital PC projector available for presentations.
Powerpoint will be the standard presentation software. The TWDB will have a laptop with the Powerpoint 2000 version available.
  4. Agenda -- A summary of each presenter will be provided ahead of time for inclusion of a program to be printed before the Congress
Speaker Times were gone over again with most time slots settled upon.
Final Conference Materials were discussed. An overall summary schedule will be printed as part of the program. Both mugs and plastic to-go cups will be produced and made available as a choice for registrants.
